I use crystals to enhance the body's own healing ability, helping to reduce stress and improve quality of life. Crystals can bring a new balance to the subtle systems of the body by working directly with chakras, subtle bodies and meridians. Colour Reiki combines the compassionate healing energy of Reiki and the powerful energy of colour.
Working with the whole person, crystals can be used to balance the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
I have had a keen interest in holistic therapies for many years which complimented my early career where I taught a range of accredited creative courses. I trained for 2 years with the Crystal Training School of Wales to gain my diploma, and am now just completing my advanced crystal therapy course. I am also a fully qualified Reiki and Colour Reiki Practitioner.
During the therapy the client is fully clothed and crystals may be placed on and around the body after dowsing to ascertain the appropriate cystals for the client at that time. It is a very relaxing and nurturing experience.
