Relaxation and Reflection 2014 workshop series

Relax and Reflect: Physical
Relax and Reflect: Mental
Relax and Reflect: Emotional
Relax and Reflect: Spiritual

Cost: £25 per workshop (£80 to book the series)

What's it about?

This holistic series of workshops will focus on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through four workshops devoted to each of these themes.

The workshops are split into two parts providing a comfortable space for people to learn more about complementary therapies, take home some relaxation techniques and then explore their creativity through reflective writing. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own lives individually and through group work activities in a relaxed atmosphere designed to encourage sharing if participants wish to.

Who's it for?

With a flavour of mindfulness meditation and a focus on creative expression these workshops are designed for people who would like to explore proactive and holistic ways to wellbeing.

Cost

The personal investment for each workshop is £25. We recommend taking part in all 4 workshops to benefit fully from the experience. If all workshops are booked together the discounted investment is £80.

Refreshments (and cake/fruit) are included but participants are encouraged to bring a packed lunch. There are facilities near to the clinic if participants wish to purchase lunch.
